Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your RecoveryEssentialls subscription at any time through your Subscriber Portal. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing cycle. No cancellation fees or penalties apply. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew, and you will retain access to your digital content until the end of your current billing period.
2. Refund Eligibility
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. However, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first subscription month. If you are not satisfied with your first box, contact us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of that month's subscription fee.
3. Product Refunds
Individual products purchased from our Shop may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our support team within 14 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Please include photos of the damage when submitting your claim.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Digital content and downloadable resources.
- Used or opened consumable products (balms, sprays, supplements).
- Products returned after the 30-day window.
- Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@recoveryessentialls.co with your order number, reason for refund, and any relevant photos. Our support team will review your request within 2 business days.
