Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. We are working to expand shipping to additional international destinations. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center at 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131.

2. Subscription Box Shipping

Subscription boxes are shipped within 3-5 business days of your monthly billing date. You will receive a tracking number via email once your box has shipped. Subscription boxes ship via standard ground shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days.

3. Individual Order Shipping

Individual product orders placed through our Shop are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• Subscription boxes: FREE shipping included.
• Individual orders over $30: FREE shipping.
• Individual orders under $30: $5.99 flat rate shipping.
• Express shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also view order status in your Subscriber Portal.

6. Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed, we will notify you by email with an updated estimated delivery date.
