Subscription Terms & Billing Disclosure

1. Subscription Overview

RecoveryEssentialls offers three subscription tiers: Essential ($19.99/month), Recovery ($39.99/month), and Elite ($59.99/month). Each subscription is a recurring monthly service that automatically renews until cancelled.

2. Billing and Auto-Renewal

By subscribing, you authorize Buff Busy Babe LLC to charge your designated payment method the recurring monthly amount on your billing anniversary date. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until you cancel it. You will be notified by email before each renewal.

3. Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties. Cancellation can be initiated through your Subscriber Portal. When you cancel, your current billing cycle will continue until its end date, and your subscription will not renew thereafter.

4. Modifying Your Subscription

You may upgrade, downgrade, or pause your subscription through your Subscriber Portal. Tier changes take effect on your next billing date. Pausing your subscription will defer billing and shipments for your selected duration (1, 2, or 3 months).

5. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may cancel to prevent future billing. Damaged or defective products may be eligible for replacement or refund within 14 days of receipt.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again over the following 3 days. If payment cannot be processed, your subscription may be suspended until payment is resolved. You may update your payment method at any time through your Subscriber Portal.

7. Billing Disclosures

For your protection, we disclose the following:

• Your subscription will auto-renew until you cancel it.
• You will be charged the recurring monthly fee on your billing date.
• You may cancel at any time without penalty.
• You may pause or modify your subscription through your Subscriber Portal.
• Promotional pricing may be subject to expiration and revert to standard pricing.
